Why not join us?
Along with the support and encouragement offered through our Helplines and Children's Group, there are many other benefits from being either an Individual or Corporate KWDA member:
v Free entry to our regular open meetings - the non-member fee is £5 per person. (*Corporate members are entitled to free entry for two members of staff with a small £2 charge for any additional staff.)
v Reduced rates when attending our workshops.
v Mailings, which include two issues of the KWDA newsletter, giving details on events, news and local courses; and three issues of the British Dyslexia Association’s Contact magazine, which contains the latest updates.
Also, if you join our voluntary organisation it will help us continue raising awareness and understanding of dyslexia. You would also be very welcome to take an active part in what we do.
Annual membership costs just £15 per year for Individual membership and for annual Corporate membership (which includes schools and other organisations) the cost is £16*. Membership renewal takes place once a year on 1st March and renewal reminders are sent out with the January mailing of BDA magazine and KWDA newsletter. Each application form outlines the different membership options and gives the address to which the completed form with your cheque for payment should be sent.
